Daniel Bordessa is Vice Chairman at Cyrus Capital Partners, L.P.  an SEC registered hedge fund headquartered in New York focused on special situations and credit investing.  Mr. Bordessa has held various roles with Cyrus since 2005 in both New York and London.  In addition, Mr. Bordessa is Chief Executive Officer of a single family office based in Toronto which invests in private equity, venture capital and real estate in Canada and internationally.

He is a Director of High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (HWO:TSX) and sits on the board of several other private Canadian and international corporations.  Prior to his roles at Cyrus, Mr. Bordessa was an investment banker with Lazard, National Bank and First Marathon Securities where he held senior roles in Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring and Capital Markets.

He has completed both a Masters of Business Administration and Honours Bachelor of Commerce degrees.
