Richard joined Synaptive in 2018 with over 15 years of human resources experience. Throughout his seven year tenure, Richard has held roles of increasing responsibility, being promoted to Director, Human Resources in 2021. Prior to joining Synaptive, Richard worked in various HR roles across a wide variety of industries such as manufacturing, stock photography, online dating, bitcoin and cryptocurrency, loyalty rewards, pharmacy and benefits management, and SR&ED.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Western Ontario and bachelor’s degree in IT from York University. Richard also has formal education in finance and accounting.
